The intelligent warehousing logistics system divides the distribution center spatially into functional areas such as storage area, storage area, integrated storage and distribution area, sorting area and auxiliary area according to different operations. 1) Improve the efficiency of the storage system

2) Reduce floor space

In the traditional mode, three-tier shelves are used in conjunction with forklifts to realize the storage of goods, and the sorting is carried out in the "people-to-goods" mode. AS/RS is used for storage, and the storage and sorting integrated system is used for storage and sorting, which reduces the footprint of the storage area and the sorting area, and reduces part of the civil construction costs.

3) Save the logistics links in the warehouse and reduce the work intensity of personnel

The storage and sorting integrated system has realized the transformation from the traditional "person-to-goods" sorting mode to "goods-to-person" sorting mode. Workers no longer need to walk around to pick goods. Intelligent handling technology can be used and only need to be at the work station. The handling of the goods conveyed by the conveyor line greatly reduces the movement of personnel walking in the joint workshop, and reduces the original two links to one link, reducing the logistics link.

4) Improve the level of automation

The current storage and sorting system generally adopts a combined operation method of human and forklift. The degree of automation is relatively low, the fault tolerance rate is low, and the labor intensity of the staff during the peak period is high, and there are potential safety hazards. The storage and distribution integrated storage system is an automated storage system, which can realize automated operations, reduce operating personnel, and improve equipment utilization.

On the one hand, the traditional warehousing and sorting mode itself requires a large number of personnel to participate in logistics operations.
