Product Description

Drive-in racks through-type racks, drive-in racks are mainly composed of pillars, corbel beams, single and double corbels, top beams, rear beams, single and double-sided partitions, large and small top pulls, back pulls, guide rails, foot guards, etc. composition.

The design principle of drive-in racks is to connect several rows of traditional racks with a dedicated aisle, and the forklifts use the same aisle to enter and exit. When storing, it is first stored inside, and then stored outside in order, and when shipped, it is first taken out from the outside goods, and then taken out in order. The stability of the drive-in racking system is the weaker among all types of racks. For this reason, the racks should not be too high, generally within 8m. In addition, the system needs to be equipped with a tensioning device. Because drive-in racks require forklifts to drive into the racks to access the goods, the safety of personnel needs special attention. The single pallet should not be too large or heavy, usually the weight should be controlled within 1500kg, and the pallet span should not be greater than 1.5m. This kind of system racks are densely arranged and have high space utilization, which is almost twice that of conventional pallet racks. It is usually suitable for storing the same type of goods with small varieties and large displacement.
