Case overview: An injection molding company in Xiangcheng District needs to purchase a batch of heavy-duty racks to more effectively store and manage their injection molded products. CLCE  is responsible for the entire process, including rack design, manufacturing, and installation.

Project preparation:
1. The sales staff communicate with customers actively and effectively, understand customer needs, determine the basic information of the products required by customers, and give feedback in time;
2. On-site inspections. The technical staff of our company will carry out on-site measurement of the warehouse to understand the most real situation of the warehouse;
3. Combining the information of all parties, the technical department will produce a detailed design plan, which is constantly revised and improved;
4. Through the plan, negotiate the quotation.

Project implementation:
In the entire project implementation process, all employees are fully in place, and the project manager tracks the whole process, and timely communicates with customers on the situation.
In the early stage, the customer has put forward such a requirement: the actual lay size of the goods after stacking is larger than the pallet size, so when our relevant personnel are designing and producing, the beam size needs to be appropriately lengthened to meet customer needs.
