Press-in racking Press-in racking is a first-in-last-out storage system, suitable for storing single-variety, long shelf life, and pallet-packed goods. Press-in racks are overlapped with multiple trolleys between the front and rear beams, and the pallets (or bins) are placed on the trolleys from the outside and pushed in, and the stored goods will push the original goods into the racks. The trolley straddles the inclined track, and when the outer goods are taken away, the inner trolley will automatically slide down. Press-fit racks have large storage capacity and extremely high space utilization. Rails generally come in various forms such as H-shaped steel, rectangular tube, and cold-rolled C-shaped steel. The trolley is of light steel structure, with rolling wheels (bearings) and guide wheels (bearings) around it. The total depth of the shelf should not be too deep, generally within 5 pallets, otherwise the space will be sacrificed because the pallet carts are embedded in each other. The weight of a single pallet is generally within 1500kg, and the shelf height is generally within 6m. This type of system has high requirements on the manufacturing precision of the rack, and the cooperation between the pallet trolley and the guide rail is particularly important. If the manufacturing and installation accuracy is not high, it is easy to cause the racking system to run poorly.
